VIRTUAL REALITY EXPERIENCE
"In thousands of silences our music is playing, our dancers rise up, our photos and film capture our reality"
In A Thousand Silences is a virtual reality experience celebrating, Palestinian culture whilst highlighting the brutal censorship artists face.
In Palestine’s first-ever virtual reality film, we combine dance, music, poetry and storytelling, with performances from renowned artists, including actor Mohammad Bakri, musician Suhail Khoury and poet Dareen Tatour.
Using the latest digital technology to defy borders, walls and checkpoints, global audiences are immersed in our cultural spaces - from the desert to the mountains, Jenin Refugee Camp and theatres both ancient and new.
Despite relentless attacks on Palestinian cultural identity, urgent stories take you to the heart of how artists continue to resist.
